~ An exhibitor packet will be mailed to all exhibitors approximately 1 month in advance.
~ Tax forms are included in the mailed packet. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to fill out the form and turn it in at the expo.
~ Exhibitor badges can be picked up at the exhibitor check in.

Friday, February 26: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Saturday, February 27: 7:00 am – 9:00 am.
NO early or advance move-ins are allowed before the hours indicated.
EXPO COLORS: Blue & white
INTUITIVE READER BOOTHS: Each intuitive booth includes a 30″ round uncovered table (unless reader has opted to provide their own table) and 2 chairs.
REGULAR BOOTHS: Each booth includes an 8-foot uncovered table and 2 chairs. If you need more chairs, ask for them at move-in.
NOTE: Bring your own table coverings.
There is an extra fee for electricity, which is paid directly to the Earle Brown Center. Electricity must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance of the event or the price will be significantly higher.
If needed, provide your own extension cords/power strips.
WIFI: WIFI is available on site.
FOOD & DRINK: Food & beverages are available for purchase on site at the concessions window.
Edge Life Expos & Events offers all guests to Minneapolis Holistic Expo an option to stay near at the site of the event at the 4-Star DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis North, 2200 Freeway Blvd., Brooklyn Center, for $89 per night.
