Spirituality-

Traditional Definition:

1. The state, quality, manner, or fact of being spiritual.
2. The clergy.
3. Something, such as property or revenue, that belongs to the church or to a cleric. Often used in the plural.

New World Definition

Throughout time, human beings have been aware that there is something more to their existance than what can be experienced with the senses of sight, smell, touch, taste, and sight... something more than the physical being and the physical world that is thought of as reality. This is Spirit

The spirit permeates all physical manifestation, intellectual consideration, and even emotional experience. Most often, it is experienced as an overwhelming feeling of Love for All That Is. Many times, the realization of one's own spirit is an experience that changes the life of the person experiencing it in all realms -- physical, intellectual, and emotional.

The Spirit can be experienced by understanding how the ideas contained in the following three statements are similar:

- spirit is the essence of one's being.

- spirit is one's connection with the essence of all life.

- spirit is one's connection of the essence of the environment.

Spirit is the connection with the essence of reality.
