EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN TIMES:
Friday, April 20 from 2:00-9:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 21 from 7:00-9:30 a.m.
NO early or advance move-ins are allowed before the hours indicated.
Please park your vehicle immediately after unloading. You will need to supply your own dolly or moving cart.
EXPO COLORS: Blue & white
INTUITIVE READER BOOTHS: For Booths numbered 1-7, each booth is 7-foot wide x 8-foot deep and includes a 30″ round uncovered table (unless reader has opted to provide their own table) and 2 chairs.
REGULAR BOOTHS: Each booth is 10-foot wide x 8-foot deep and includes an 8-foot uncovered table and 2 chairs. Let us know in advance if you will not need a table or if you will need 2 tables. If you need more chairs, ask for them at move-in.
NOTE: Bring your own table coverings.
Electricity is free. Ask for it when you are setting up. If needed, provide your own extension cords/power strips.
FOOD & DRINK: Food & beverages are available on site.
